This as much a "where" as a "want and what" to buy

1) Hakkas - where do I find these - would anyone have a decent used set or couple in a 175/70/13. Who is carrying them new?

2) Cheaper alternatives you've liked/that worked/that lasted? My favorites were a set of Khumo 7400. Inexpensive, directional and awesome in snow or gravel - unfortunately they don't come in the size I need.

(Living in the north I'll be dealing with deeper snow and ice.)
