Hi All,

A flyer for the event is available in pdf format. It has been submitted to several club newsletter editors and should be on the MCO web site soon. If you want a copy for yourself, simply contact me and I will email you a copy.

A few notes about the event. Because of the nature of the roads that Paul and I are using, the rally will probably be less navex "intensive" than our previous efforts. But at the same time it is not a "drivex" in the OWR sense of the word. That is, it is likely to be occasionally brisk and twisty but we will find ways to keep navigators occupied. Also, because it is a Saturday afternoon rally that winds through some areas that include cottage neighnourhoods and recreational spots with several QUIET ZONES, the speeds will be kept in check. Also, we will do Quiet Zone spot checks and WILL issue penalties if these zones are violated.

If you like ORRC's and like driving, you should enter this rally. I don't anticipate anyone getting lost and will work hard to avoid that. You will have a good time.

Feel free to register on-line, or else send me an e-mail with the driver's and navigator's names. The more information I have ahead of time, the quicker registration will be for the competitors.

Rally guys and gals,

A couple of reminders:

1. If you want to enter with a borrowed car, you MUST have a letter of permission from the owner. No wiggle room on this one!

2. Triangles are recommended but not mandatory for a day-time rally.

It's supposed to be 29 C and sunny on Saturday. C'mon out and enjoy this rally!
