I havent been able to find the full pdf file, with everything as to classes and cage diagrams etc. the one on rallysport ontario is a draft and incomplete, anyone know where I could find the full rulebook?

The RSO rulebook only includes rules specific to Ontario.

You can find a more complete rulebook on the CARS website:
http://www.carsrally.ca/CARSRally/Default.aspx?tabid=92
That page has everything there is about cages and classes. But it's still not the complete rulebook.

If you need the complete rulebook, it is sent to you when you get a license. Or you can order one from CARS for $15.

Has the pdfs but if you are serious I would sugest contacting the CARS office and buy a rule book (~$10 last time I checked).
