NOTICE OF THE 2007 ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
Of the members of the
MAPLE LEAF RALLY CLUB

Notice is hereby given that the 2007 Annual General Meeting of the Members of the Maple Leaf Rally Club will be convened at the Musket Restaurant, 40 Advance Road, Etobicoke, Ontario, on Tuesday, 11 December 2007 at 8:00 p.m., or shortly thereafter, for the following purpose.

1.
To approve and adopt and confirm all acts, by-laws and proceedings of the directors since
20 March 2007;

2.
To elect Officers and Directors for the 2008 calendar year;

Vice President, Treasure, Director at Large

3.
To transact such further business, or any other business, as may properly come before the meeting, or any adjournment or adjournments thereof.

If you cannot attend in person, you may appoint another member-in-good-standing to act for you by proxy. To be valid, proxies must be deposited with the Club Secretary before 8:00 p.m. on Tuesday, 11 December 2007.

The MLRC annual awards banquet

Tuesday, December 11th

dress is informal.

The location is The Musket Restaurant banquet room (at the back), 40 Advance Boulevard, Etobicoke. Drinks are at 6:30 pm followed by dinner at around 7:30 pm.

Dinner $25 (include schitzel Dinner, Desert, coffee/tea)

To help the restaurant get an accurate plate count we would appreciate it if you could let us know whether you will be attending. We hope to see you there!
