I am wondering where I would go to buy a tire cutter/groover in the Toronto area?

Hi Anthony,
CSC Racing in Newmarket is where I got mine. Don't buy the $90.00 one, get the $400.00 one. I used both and there is a world of difference. The money you save in blades and time is well worth it.
