I keep getting the following error when I try to get SpecialStage:

Warning: require(/home/specials/public_html/wp-includes/functions.php) [function.require]: failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /home/specials/public_html/wp-settings.php on line 118

Fatal error: require() [function.require]: Failed opening required '/home/specials/public_html/wp-includes/functions.php' (include_path='.:/usr/local/lib/php') in /home/specials/public_html/wp-settings.php on line 118

Anyone else getting this or am I special! ???

Nope, same. Looks like a database issue to me.
