NOTICE OF THE RECONVENED 2007ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
Of the members of the
MAPLE LEAF RALLY CLUB

Notice is hereby given that the Reconvened 2007Annual General Meeting of the Members of the Maple Leaf Rally Club will be convened at the Musket Restaurant, 40 Advance Road, Etobicoke, Ontario, on Tuesday, 6 May 2008at 8:00 p.m., or shortly thereafter, for the following purpose.

1.
To approve the financial statements for the 2007 calendar year;

2.
To transact such further business, or any other business, as may properly come before the meeting, or any adjournment or adjournments thereof.

If you cannot attend in person, you may appoint another member-in-good-standing to act for you by proxy. To be valid, proxies must be deposited with the Club Secretary before 8:00 p.m. on Tuesday, 6 May 2008

Just to confirm: the AGM is May 6 at the Musket, right?

The club meeting schedule on the "About the Club" page says that May 6 is an Exec Meeting at the CASC-OR offices, and that the members' meeting is on the 20th. Can we take that as superceded?

I do believe this is correct - Ross always speaks the truth ;D

I have updated the page to avoid confusion. Hopefully I will actually manage to attend!

My understanding is that your understanding re being superceded is correct. Got it straight from the President.
