im new to this and was wondering how to get a rally licence. if any one knows a website to ge the information that would be great.

Our national-level governing body is the Canadian Association of RallySport (CARS).

You can find their website at www.carsrally.ca

You will also find PDF copies of rulebooks at that site, in addition to alot of other jazz.
