There was also a GD Impreza shell for sale on the TSC a couple months ago, not sure what the story is if it's sold or not. I think the guy with it was 996cabby.

May not be what you're looking for, since it's RHD and there'd be a bunch of work involved and you'd need a VIN.

That would be a nice car for the street but I couldn't race a right hand drive car

There's nothing to swapping it to LHD though, especially if you're building it as a rallycar and won't use the stock dash bar. Parts are easy enough to get to replace RHD specific stuff.
