To all RSO clubs and members,

This is a call for people to work in the RSO booth at the Canadian International Auto Show ( CIAS ) from Friday, Feb 13th to Sunday, Feb. 22nd.

The days will be broken up into 3 shifts.
Daytime 10:30 am - 2 pm
Afternoon 2 pm - 6 pm
Evening 6 pm - 10 pm ( no evening on the 22nd)

The Location will be in the Rogers Center on the main level.
Booth Size - 20' x32'
We already have vehicles arranged and we will be sharing this space with Targa
Newfoundland.

We will have a TV and VCR there to show DVDs and a backdrop with pictures
and banners.
Workers will be provided with the 'new' RSO shirts to wear. You should also
wear black pants (these can be black jeans but not faded). Please no running shoes. Remember, you are not only representing Rally but our sponsors.

Each person will receive a pass for the show but you will be responsible for
your parking.
Volunteer's requests will be taken in a first come basis. Please send me an
email at president@rallysport.on.ca

You can volunteer for one time slot or multiple time slots.

Commitments are need by Feb 1st to allow time to get name tags, etc.
