Title: FS: 2007 Mazda 3, real cheap!
Post by logangtx on 05/19/9 at 11:28:06

Great Shape
Low Kms
Minor damage...should buff out!

It's a sad day but the car I started Nav Rally in is now gone. A lady fell asleep at the wheel and ran a stop sign onto HWY 118 in Bracebridge and T boned me as I was going about 60km/h. Lucky for me I turned last minute and the rear door took most of the impact. Both my girlfriend and I walked away...Mazda's are strong little cars!!

Here's the kicker, it all happend Thursday night on the way to the cottage and I snuck out of work early and was going to call in sick Friday. darn Karma

The drivetrain would swap real nice into my 323. Then it would FLY!

i know all about karma. i left work on lunch (not suppose to leave) and was on my way to see some buddys who were lapping monticello motor clubs track. got a flat on the back roads after getting a little air with low pressure in my tires(was stalling to put air in them and forgot) no spare. had it towed home.

Well I offically was told today by the adjuster....$20,000 in damages so it's a write off.

Anyone have a line on a 2005 SAAB 9-2X Aero??

Did you find out how much it is to buy it out?

My insurance is selling it to First Choice and then I have to contact them. I'm getting the stock number once they have the car in their posession....and then I'll give them a ring.

It would make one hell of a rally car!

Do it.

No need for lavish cars.

True rally people drive crapboxes for the most part, think daily driving a Hyundai accent, but having 30k+ of subie in the garage. Its how it goes!

Do it do it doit!

Essential requirements are:

2 WD
< 100 HP
Manual gearbox with at least one sketchy synchro
At least one spec of visible rust

Other non-essential requirements include:

yellowed crap 90's plastic headlamps
leaks of the weather variety
a consumption of oil that only rivals RX-7's

2 WD     Yup.

< 100 HP    Very much so.

Manual gearbox with at least one sketchy synchro       Nope.

At least one spec of visible rust              Not any more.

yellowed crap 90's plastic headlamps          You bet.

leaks of the weather variety           Only large puddles.

a consumption of oil that only rivals RX-7's         Impossible, its not another RX-7!

Everyone needs a tiny little beater!

2 WD
Check

< 100 HP
Check

Manual gearbox with at least one sketchy synchro
Check, second crunches if you rush upshifts

At least one spec of visible rust
Check, rear quarters

Other non-essential requirements include:

yellowed crap 90's plastic headlamps
Check.

leaks of the weather variety
Actually, no, thankfully!

a consumption of oil that only rivals RX-7's
Not quite, only ~1L/5000kms

I guess my Hyundai qualifies though...  ;)
