NOTICE OF THE RECONVENED 2009 ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
Of the members of the
MAPLE LEAF RALLY CLUB

Notice is hereby given that the Reconvened 2009 Annual General Meeting of the Members of the Maple Leaf Rally Club will be convened at the Musket Restaurant, 40 Advance Road, Etobicoke, Ontario, on Tuesday, 11 May 2010 at 8:00 p.m., or shortly thereafter, for the following purpose.

1.
To approve the financial statements for the 2009 calendar year;

2.
To transact such further business, or any other business, as may properly come before the meeting, or any adjournment or adjournments thereof.

If you cannot attend in person, you may appoint another member-in-good-standing to act for you by proxy. To be valid, proxies must be deposited with the Club Secretary before 8:00 p.m. on Tuesday, 11 May 2010.

Please note that the primary purpose of this meeting is to approve the financials for 2009, however we'd like to have it be a nice social meeting in the week leading up to Lanark Highlands to get the members together, etc. so please plan to attend and have a fun evening with friends. We'll try to keep the official stuff brief so we can enjoy ourselves otherwise.

Just a reminder, this meeting is next Tuesday the 11th of May, and we need lots of people to show up to allow us to conduct the meeting. If you're unable to attend in person, we ask that you fill out the proxy form above and forward to someone who will be attending. For sure all the board members will be there if you're unsure who might be attending.
