Title: Referring to NRR II.H.8? Post by M_Gidman on 12/13/10 at 23:27:51 When I was reading some rules and regs off of a rally site. I came across them repeatedly referring to that NRR II._._ (of course the numbers are filled in). Does anyone body know what they are referring to? Thanks a lot
