Up for sale is one of my fav cars ive owned. The car has been a great project and DD car for the last 2 years. The car comes with the following items done installed over the last 2 years. The car also comes emmision tested(done 2 weeks ago).

-BC racing inverted coilovers
-Whiteline adjustable sways+bushings+endlinks
-Tein upper rear strut bar
-04 STI brembo brakes+SS brake lines+fluid(done within the last month)
-STI aluminum A arms
-ARP extended wheel studs+front spacers
-ACT light flywheel+new clutch done+SS clutch line(last winter)
-UK17 gold rims with 1.5 summers on them(Potenza RE760's
-PS rack bushings, rear subframe lockdown kit
-Skidplate front
-Stage 2 Cobb accessport
-Full 3" exhaust with custom muffler and SS tip(sounds awesome)
-STI sideskirts+sti wing
-Front prodrive style fog covers(need paint)+sparco hood pins
-AC removed(inclueded)
-Perrin light crank pulley\
-Whiteline extended balljoint tie rod kit
-Aligment and corner balancing done last week

BAD
-Car has typical dings and scratches on paint, also has stone chips on front clip
-Needs inner tie rod boot drivers side
-Parking brake needs larger diameter shoes or DBA rotors
-ABS needs rear sensor(included but not installed)

The car has uninstalled rear trunk lining and rear seats, all items are included, also included are stock rims with winters, full stock exhaust and a few random items as i find them.

Car is located in brampton, is 5spd manual with 294xxxKM, doesnt burn any oil and runs strong. I am the 2nd owner and have all maintanence records from the dealer.
