So I have a rather large head and I have had a hell of a time finding motorcycle helmets and things to fit me in the past. Now that I am trying to get my safety kit all set up for rally I am wondering if there are any shops that actually stock much in the way of helmets so I can go try a bunch of stuff on. I know lots of places that will order but I dont want to buy something and find out it does not fit right.

CSC Racing in Newmarket stocks Peltor stuff, or at least they used to. I'd give them a call and ask. That said, I'm not sure I'd buy a new Peltor at this point, I'm not sure how much longer that certification will be valid here.

Another Peltor option: I bought my helmet through Precision Sports (http://www.precision-sports.com/) - they mainly sell shooting supplies, but they're a Peltor dealer and do sell rally helmets.

The owners run the business out of their house in Markham. When I inquired with them, I was able to come over and try on a couple of different sizes.

But that being said, CSC is excellent, too. I bought my first helmet (a Bell) and my HANS posts from them. All of my dealings with them have been positive, and they tend to have plenty of stock on hand.

I mail ordered a XXL Helmet from the US. It fit - I have a rather large noggin.

I generally have a few Peltors in stock.
But email me off of the forum and we can discuss.

Please let me know your timeline for a new Helemts and I will give you a few options and prices.

The Helmet cert is still good.
