Question would a set of 15 rims from a 2000 Subaru impreza fit a 1999 Subaru Forester with 16 ' wheels

Dave, I don't think anybody answered your question, however I believe they will.

I know 15's will not fit over the front brakes of my WRX, but I think they will fit on an Forester or standard Impreza.

Yes they will fit I have the same setup.
