Balancing a flywheel (Read 3346 times)

ilyack YaBB Newbies Offline Posts: 5 Ontario	Balancing a flywheel 01/12/4 at 12:11:45 Hi all I'm working on a Legacy engine, and one of the things I would like to do is lighten the flywheel a little bit. But after that I believe it would have to be balanced. Can anyone suggest a person or workshop that can balance a flywheel ? Thanks a lot, Ilya.

If you do, then I have a lighted and balanced flywheel for sale, $200 and its yours, I light and balance it at Scarborough Engine and they did it very well. Those were different. So unfortunately it wouldn't fit. But just out of curioiusity - could you tell me how much was it lightened ? Like, say the current weight versus the original weight ?
