First, this is THE Canadian site to check out (and join RAC when you get a license):
http://www.rac.ca/Then, this has good links:
http://www.rac.ca/regulatory/begin.htmBuy the RAC Study Guide. Download the RIC's from the Industry Canada website, AND download the Exam Generator. This is the SAME software that will be used to generate your exam! It was critical to me studying and passing.
Read the materials, over and over, AND at the same time, take the test with the exam software. Your scores will start off low, and slowly get better (ummm, that's what we expect to happen, anyway). When you keep getting 60+, grab hold of an examiner in North Bay.
There is a site, that you pay for, but looks like it might be good, and maybe if you pay, you'll study hard! See:
http://www.hamstudy.comGood luck Dave.
