BLACK BEAR RALLY - SECOND CALL FOR WORKERS

We appreciate those of you who have already volunteered to assist on June 26th at the Black Bear Rally in Dorset, but we still need some more helpers - radios, marshals, traffic controls and crowd control marshals.

The format and schedule of the event will be very similar to last year - headquarters in Dorset with four runs of the Sherborne Lake MNR Forest Access near the Frost Centre on Hwy. 35. Since it uses only one road, all stage workers see lots of action.

Workers can easily come to the event and return home the same day. We will need Stage Timing Marshals, Radio Operators, Security Marshals and Spectator Area Marshals. If you can assist, please respond by return e mail to ross.wood@sympatico.ca , indicating your preference of duties. I will then forward your message to the appropriate supervisor - Ken Nazeer for marshals and Doug Hollands for radio operators and Ryan Huber for spectator areas.

Please respond EVEN IF YOU ARE A COMMITTEE MEMBER, SCRUTINEER, SCORER, STEWARD, COURSE CAR OR WHATEVER - YES EVEN THE COORDINATOR. We just want to be sure we haven't missed anyone. Scrutineers, please indicate if you can comedown to help at the stage when you have finished checking the cars.

We will also need assistance on the Work Day, which is scheduled for Saturday, June 12th. Please indicate also if you can attend that day.
