I haven't bought anything yet!

But, I have located a pretty clean 92 Legacy with a bad rod. If I can get a good deal on an engine, I am going to try to swing a deal on the car.  Grin

Edit: The Legacy I found is a 92 Turbo with a 5spd!!

Crap, this is a mess. Wife's job situation sucks, so I am going to have to let this one pass.  Embarrassed  I guess I will just keep flogging the uber-powerful Golf!

Anyone looking for a fairly clean 92 Leg that needs a motor swap? I can put you in touch with the dealer or get you some digital pics. It is a 5 spd!

Mmmmm, donor shell. Argh, no money, or spot to park it. Ah well.
