OK, my images are now online here. Sadly, I didn't get too many good ones, too busy competing!

The event is definitely a go!

A Jeep is fine.  Hope to see you there.

I thought I heard at the meeting (though I am hard of hearing) that  registration and first car out were happening an hour earlier then at the August event.   Is this the case?  I beleive the times posted on the rallyx
site are the original ones.  I am wondering which is correct.  Thanks.

Start times are the same as the August event as posted on the website.  No changes are planned.

Well done to all those at entered!!

Thank you for all the organizers, as normal,  a very well run event!! Thank you!

For those who didn't come, Ryan (Huber) set out a very nice, fast, sweeping top run and some nice new corners in the pit. Great work!

See you all in 3 weeks!!

James

I think the car needs a new engine

Doubt it will be in by the 3rd rallycross.  If all else fails, I'll come up and work the event..... but might be spending that weekend swapping an engine... we'll see how it goes.

Lost:  1 chrome exhaust tip, used to hide the horrible exhaust "unbending" that was done to the car.  Last place seen...... lower pit area.  If found, please return to the blue vw fox with the funky side-exhaust, no headlights, and brake lights mounted inside the car!   Sad

Excellent track..... if only the car was running properly..... when you can't even get it to rev to 5k rpm, and it bogs down in 2nd, you know you've got problems.

Thanks to the organizers and volunteers.  It was definitely worth the four hour drive fom Montreal.

Doug, I distinctly remember seeing your tip down in the middle of the turnaround, just before I drove over it!  Wink I was scanning for big honking rocks that I really would rather not hit, and saw a 6" long glint of chrome! Who knows it may still be down there. I didn't remember to go into that part when I picked up the arrows, etc.

Anyways, my thanks to Alan for a well put on series so far, can't wait for the next one!

Doug,

I may know a place where you can get a new tip for the fox...I only have 65+ different ones for you to choose from Tongue

Weld the new one on this time!

To the organizers who penned and tried the course,
the volunteers who woke up even earlier then I did to set it up, time it and pick up the pylons we ran over last but not least  the cooks who I am sure spent hours and hours cooking so I would not have to drive 15 minutes into Bancroft to get some human fuel for the driver.

many Many Thanks, Anthony

Results are up for the September event.

Thanks to everyone who came out.

The kind words are very much appreciated - but I am only one part of a talented group that makes these events happen.  Everyone who pitches in gets a gold star for their efforts.  The events have been very successful, and we are always trying to improve.
