PMSC is pleased to announce that on-line registration is now available for
the Galway-Cavendish Forest Rally presented by Planet Motorsport.  It has
been tested, but please confirm that your entry has reached the registrar.

Regional competitors who lack a CARS seed ranking appropriate to their
proven ability may request being placed in another seed group for the seeded
