Hi All,

The response for workers has been great, yet we still have openings for
shifts at the RSO booth of the Autoshow.

Now, people working the Autoshow will have their name entered (only once) to
win one of 2 $50 Gift Certificates for something like Princess Auto.  This
will be great odds on winning.  The draw of the workers names will be done
at the RSO Banquet in March 25, 2006.  Before the Autoshow, all workers will
also receive the New RSO Golf Shirts, which will the official apparel of the
Autoshow.  Please let me know when you are available and your shirt size.

The days will be broken up into 3 shifts.
Daytime 10:30 am - 2 pm
Afternoon 2 pm - 6 pm
Evening 6 pm - 10 pm ( no evening on the 27th)

New Locations this year in the South Building - Level 600 Location - 600-13
(Where the OPP booth was in 2005. ) Size - 10' x30'.  This is a lot better
than being where RSO was last year and is visible.  We will be sharing this
space with CASC-OR.

We will have a TV and VCR there to show tapes along with backdrop banners.

Workers will receive a free RSO golf shirt to wear, please wear black pants
(these can be black jeans but not faded).  Please no running shoes.
Remember, you are not only representing Rally but our sponsors.

NOTE - There is a meeting for Auto Show Volunteers on Feb 12th at 2:00 pm.
to discuss RSO's goals, see the handout material, get the shirts and discuss
techniques for talking to auto show visitors.  The location will be sent to
the volunteers.  

Your admission to the show will be covered.  Volunteer's requests will be
taken in a first come basis.  Please send me an email at sandy@hygate.com to
volunteer for a time or times.  Also specify your shirt size.  

Commitments are need by Jan 29th to allow time to get name tags, etc.
