NOTICE OF THE 2006 ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
Of the members of the
MAPLE LEAF RALLY CLUB

Notice is hereby given that the 2006 Annual General Meeting of the Members of the Maple Leaf Rally Club will be convened at the Musket Restaurant, 40 Advance Road, Etobicoke, Ontario, on Tuesday, 12 December 2006 at 8:00 p.m., or shortly thereafter, for the following purpose.

1.
To approve and adopt and confirm all acts, by-laws and proceedings of the directors since
25 April 2006;

2.
To elect Officers and Directors for the 2007 calendar year;


President, Vice President, Treasure, Secretary

3.
To transact such further business, or any other business, as may properly come before the meeting, or any adjournment or adjournments thereof.

If you cannot attend in person, you may appoint another member-in-good-standing to act for you by proxy.  To be valid, proxies must be deposited with the Club Secretary before 8:00 p.m. on Tuesday, 12 December 2006.
