To all RSO clubs and members,

This is a call for people to work in the RSO booth at the Canadian
International Auto Show ( CIAS - Toronto) from Friday, Feb 16th to Sunday, Feb. 25th.

The days will be broken up into 3 shifts.
Daytime 10:30 am - 2 pm
Afternoon 2 pm - 6 pm
Evening 6 pm - 10 pm ( no evening on the 25th)

The Location will be the same as in 2006. The South Building - Level 600
Location - 600-13 Size - 10' x40'

We will again be sharing this space with CASC-OR  and Targa Newfoundland.

We will have a TV and VCR there to show DVDs and a backdrop with pictures
and banners.
Workers are to wear an RSO shirts and black pants (these can be black jeans but not faded).  Anyone needing a shirt should advise when responding.  Please no running shoes. Remember, you are not only representing Rally but also our sponsors.

Each person will receive a pass for the show but you will be responsible for
your parking.
Volunteer's requests will be taken in a first come basis.  Please send me an

You can volunteer for one time slot or multiple time slots.

Commitments are need by Feb 1st to allow time to get name tags, etc.
