10:00 A.M.  – Girl Guides of Canada Office
                                          38 Parkside Drive
Newmarket, ON

Directions are as follows:

FROM THE WEST – Parkside Drive runs south off Davis Drive (Hwy. 9) 3 lights east of Yonge St.

FROM THE EAST – Parkside Drive is 3 lights west of Main St.


The meeting will begin at 10:00 A.M. sharp. Refreshments will be provided.


The official Agenda for this meeting will be posted separately but will be the usual AGM Agenda.

ELECTIONS – Three positions –

President – two year term (position currently held by Ray Felice)

Vice President Performance – two year term (position currently held by Jeff Hagan)

Secretary – one year term – Note – Secretary’s term has become misaligned – one year term will correct it (position currently held by Ross Wood)

Treasurer - two year term (position currently held by Peter Gulliver)


Nominations for these positions may be submitted to any RSO Board Member in advance or from the floor at the AGM.
