What's a good (cheap) place to buy GPS equipment?

Specifically, I’m looking for a GPS Sensor with Software for my laptop. Like a Garmin GPS 18: http://www.garmin.com/products/gps18/

Does anyone have anything similar but used that they want to get rid off? Please let me know. Thanks.
