Wow!  What a response from you workers.  I have had about 45 e mails from
you since I sent my message this afternoon. My apologies if the tone was a
bit snarky - I was pretty frustrated at that point.

We have had two more drop out since then out but gained two plus a number of
you have indicated that you may be able to get more helpers.  I think we
will get by without dropping any stages. In addition I have been able to
sort out a bunch of details with many of you.  Thanks for the responses and
offers to do triple duty.


Just to clarify meeting times ( all at the parking lot across from the Frost
Centre):

FRIDAY STAGE & SPECTATOR AREA SET-UP - meet at 10:30 -11:00 A.M.

FRIDAY AFTERNOON RECCE - meet at 4:30-5:00 PM

SATURDAY RECCE - meet at 6:45 AM


SATURDAY MAIN WORKER MEETING -meet at 9:45 AM


SATURDAY LATER STAGE WORKER MEETING - meet at 1:30 PM - Note - I can
accommodate a few more for this later meeting if you would like a bit later
start from home on Saturday AM.  Either e mail me by Friday at 8 AM or phone
me at 647-224-1492 to arrange that.


Remember - all workers are invited to the Awards Banquet after the rally -
starting approximately 7:15 PM in Dorset.
