25 minutes from home I realized I'd forgotten my camera.
60 minutes from home I realized I'd forgotten my helmet which was sitting right by the back door.  Thanks to Earle for lending me his spare helmet, and to Norm for lending Rachel his helmet.

Sort of sad... finally convinced the gf to drive the car, got her all psyched up, she made it less than 1/2 way around the course and the car quit.  Refused to start, and when it finally did, wouldn't idle.  Heck, wouldn't even start when I got it home.  Something tells me i better fix the car so she can drive it!

Hi!
I don't have a lot of pictures...but we should have a movie in the next few weeks...I will post the link.

Thanks to all for the event! In the second last stage, we had something loose in the front of the car so we decided to call the day off after the 5 stages. It would of been fun to go back in the pit, but the car needed to be drove back to Montreal!

Any shots of car 2, the Impreza with lightbar, are welcome at ryan.huber@sympatico.ca . Tom, what are you asking for prints or high rez digital?

Thanks!

Which course actually counts in terms of times/standings?

(wish I could have made it, but school >= rally... for now)

We ran 3 runs up top, one in the pit, and then another run up top to count towards the scoring. Most of us then did another fun run up top, and at least one in the pit.

wow, this looks like way more fun than i originally thought. Wish there were some closer events...I'd need a truck and trailer to come out to bancroft...wouldnt trust my winter car to make it all the way home after a day of that. lol.
