Now that I'm living in the great white north (Sudbury), the use of studded snow tires on my and my wife's vehicle is allowed.

Anyone have any old tire studding equipment/supplies (gun, boxes of studs) that they've been holding onto "just in case"?

Figure with two vehicles, it's worth the expense if I can stud my own tires, especially if I can get a deal on some new tires cheap.  

Northern Ontario is great.  Clean air but no Drive Clean.  37$ plate renewals (instead of 74). Studs permitted.  All you need is job.
