If you read Grassroots Motorsport, you probably saw this car being built.  It's a Saab 99 rally car; it was built for stage rally in 2007 and has run a handful of events since then.  As of right now, the auction's still at the opening price of $7,500.

I believe the car has a NASA logbook.  The seller claims that the car would be legal for FIA rallies, but I'll leave any assessment of the car's suitability or cage/car eligibility under CARS rules up to the prospective buyer.
