Sprongls are back!  Smiley In a 2010 VW Passat WRC  Cool (although as a Passat owner I wish them luck  Grin)
Interesting names - Roy Hopkins Targe NL winner (X3),lots of new names

Gonna be an interesting Pines

Hey! I'm faster at RallyX in a 2WD Passat then in my 323!

Hey Dan, if you're stuck for a car, I have a nice Mazda sitting here, none of that AWD turbo nonsense... (Har har har!)



Really great to see lots of cars - I guess the Canadian rally scene is funded by drug money, the recession hasn't slowed things much.

But Jamie, your 323 will take the abuse MUCH longer than your Passat. My Passat is a great driving car, other than the nose heavy part (but when you hang a 4-banger almost completely ahead of the front wheels what can you expect), they are a great driving car. I am just very suspect of the long-term reliability.

This is from a guy that is used to diesel Golfs and Volvo 240s, so I have a rather different view of long-term. I think 300,000 kms is a good starting point.
