Tread Pattern
R 202 is a closer packed tread pattern, suitable for all gravel
R 203 is a wider space tread block
R 204 is used on hard packed gravel, broken asphalt or even wet asphalt.

16/64R15 =  160/640R15  = 195/65R15
17/65R15 =  170/650R15  = 205/65R15
190/650R15 = 215/60R15

G70-71    Soft & Loose Gravel, Under 70ºF
G50-51   Medium Hard Gravel, 60ºF-95ºF
G30–31  Hard & Rough Gravel, Over 85º F

Compounds:
Soft is “S” which is the first generation of compound also designated as G70
Soft is also “T”, which is the second evolution of the compound, designated as G71

Medium is  “M”  which is the first generation of compound also designated as G50
Medium is also ”N”, which is the second  evolution of the compound, designated as G51

Hard is An “ H”, which is a G30 or G31, only available in the R204
