sup mlrc?

I was reading over the 2010 CARS rulebook about the North American Rally Championship for Production class. Now im confused... are they even doing a Production Class NARC championship, or is it now just an overall 2WD Championship?

Here is says how the championship WAS run, but nothing on what it will be for 2010:

North American Rally Cup for Production Class
| 1. From 1990 to 2008, there was a championship for There are two production classes for Drivers,
| Co-drivers and Marques. Eligible vehicles are were those which meet the Production Class rules of either
the CARS Rally Regulations or the RA or NASA Rally Rules in Production and Production GT. Prior to
1989, there was only one production class where eligible vehicles were grouped together.
