well.. I drove the car for a bit, with a job that wasnt giving me many hours wasnt working so I had to curb the car for a bit.. now im back in business. so I need to replace the springs? (without scarcasm please) I dont want to go and buy the wrong parts. I know i need the drum brakes and something to do with the suspention. however my memory isnt working right now.

Dave Cotie God Member Offline Posts: 838 North Bay, Ontario	Re: parts for a gti Reply #6 - 07/25/10 at 08:54:36 You need the right tools to change springs - if you are doing it yourself. Spring compressors - don't try without them. The energy in a compressed spring can seriously injure you.
