hey is there any of you that live in the fenelon area? id really love to register and sign up, but unfortunately i dont have insurance atm so maybe i could get a ride with someone for the January event? also, would any1 be willing to "show me the ropes" that lives in the area?

Someone remind me, what's the rule on studded tires at the winter rallyx events?

Early weather report for Sunday is calling for a high of -10C and cloudy.  Also supposed to snow all during the week leading up to the race.  Can't wait!

Also, what tire pressures would you run in Blizzaks in a FWD card?  

I'm guessing in the winter events you don't have to run high pressures like in the summer, as the ruts should be greatly reduced.

We run tubes,with the lowest pressure possible 22/25psi and haven't pulled one of in years. bring a pump so you can let the air out and clean out any debris around the bead,short stems are better.....Without tubes maybe five pounds less than manufacturers suggested pressure.Higher pressures= less traction, either way without tubes you run the risk of pulling tires off rims,so bring spares......

Does anyone know if the clubhouse is open and heated? Just wondering if there's somewhere warm for people to hang out if they get cold?

Is there going to be a class 5 for the "pro" drivers like the last few or last event last year?
