Prospect Member Question
01/04/11 at 16:43:41

I am interested in joining the club and give a try at rallying.
I have been involved in motorsport since my chilhood in Brazil there is one thing left and it is Rally.
Not sure if I will be hooked on Rally as I will also be racing motorcycle during the summer and times/schedules could conflict so cannot commit to much time unless it is something that I would like to do.
Have said that I would like to know if I can try it out as a co-driver and see how it goes.
Does MLRC offers a try out for new members whitout a car by teaming them up with a member with a car?
I would rather give a try with a experienced member to decide future commitment to the sport.

Thanks in advance for your suggestion and recomendation.

Happy New Year and Happy Rallying everyone!

Marcio

Do you have any equipment, ie fire suit, helmet?

There are usually a couple drivers that are looking for navigators before the large events.

Does the club offers a navigation course?
Any books or DVD suggestions?

I would like to try out an event soon and would like to be prepare as much as I can to assist the driver.

So any suggestion is appreciated.

Thanks,
Marcio
