darn! darn! darn!

Last month, the fellow I work with and his wife were hit on their motorcycle while sitting at an intersection. Some broken bones and lots of rehabilitation time ahead. I just learned the driver who hit them was texting at the time! I've been trying to figure out if I'll be able to go to Defi and then it just struck me that I'm also missing Galway, so, I just like saying darn! darn! darn!!

That's very saddening news, especially as the accident was preventable if the driver of the car was paying attention to the actual task at hand.
I've taken up biking this year and have become much more aware of the roads and bad drivers that are on them, now that I don't have a metal safety barrier around me. I've seen some nasty scars from people who have been in bike accidents, so I hope a fast recovery for your two friends.
..and I concur with the darn! darn! darn!
