Maple Leaf Rally Club will be presenting the 2012 Black Bear Rally on Saturday, July 14, 2012. We will be welcoming back our sponsors, Davenport Subaru, Bancroft Motors and Clearwater Design.

We are still in need of a few more workers, we have had some people that have had to cancel. No experience necessary.

We are also VERY short on HAM's - if you have your license please consider coming out! If you are licensed and don't have a radio - let us know we will try to get you one. The stages have good coverage, handhelds will work in most places.

However we also could use a hand from some of our experienced stage rally workers, as a number of people have moved up into organizing roles leaving us with some important roles to fill.

Please Note! - I have been sending out worker updates - if you signed up and didn't get them, please contact me! I have tried my best to keep up my list, but I am not perfect.

All workers will receive a free ticket to the Awards Banquet, as well as Subsidized Accommodations.

Accomodations:

Arrangements have been made for the following:
•Limerick Lake Lodge at $45 per person per night (plus tax)
•A rental home that is $10 per person per night - it is empty so you need everything including bedding.
•There is limited camping in the service area behind Rally HQ.
