I have the following tires:

Rally tires with thick side walls:
Hankook Ventus 195/65/R15 with minimal tread (4 tires)
Hankook Ventus 175/65/R14 with less than minimal tread (5 tires)

Winter tires tractionized:
Blizzak WS 60 185/65/R14 with about 40% tread (3 tires)
Dunlop Graspic DS-2 with about 40% tread (2 tires)

All of these are free, but since nothing is totally free, you have to take them off the rims or pay someone to take them off the rims (say $5 per tire). Some of the 14" tires are on the 4x100 VW rims and if you are interested I can sell them with the rims - cheap, but obviously more than $5.

Please note that these tires are not good for rally as the tread is too low to non-existent.
