Lighting

Hi Guys,

Strongly thinking about doing tall pines, i need to look at lighting for the night stages.

I am very hesitant to spend large money on lightening, given the high chances of ending up going head first into a tree or bush given it'll be my first gravel rally,

Is there any cheaper alternative to the hella-rallye-3000-lamp-pod-kit

Possibly a nice ebay special?? Smiley

I have a nice pod, just nothing in it, wondering what other folks have bought?

Cheers,
Donal

I have a set of Hella 700FF's - picked them up used with another pair of Bosch fogs for under $100 - great lights for the money.

Princess Auto sells some nice big rally driving beam lights and sometimes some good spot lights.  Cheap and effective.

Right now, someone somewhere is practicing, and when you face him, he will beat you.

I have a set of rally lights from my old car that are on a bracket that bolts right up to an impreza and could be made to fit any car with a bit of work.  If your interested Ill get the specs.  I know they are a combination of two hellas and two bosch ones.
Cheers
