The Frontenac Winter Rally - January 19, 2013

Break out the big lights! I'm organizing an evening TSD rally to happen on January 19, 2013. It will be about 250kms out of Perth (we all know how awesome those roads are, throw snow and night into the mix now!). Exact start and finish location still to be determined, with a finish time around midnight. There will be two sets of instructions, both fairly simple as its my first rally. This will be a good warm-up for MLWR!

More details to come soon! Keep and eye at http://www.mco.org/phpbb/viewtopic.php?f=5&t=14786 as the details to unroll!

PM me for questions, or email me at uglydograllysport **AT** gmail **DOT** com

Cheers!

Not this year, as it is my first time organizing a TSD. Potential for and ORRC next year, and as an overnight rally.

I will be organizing a Fall overnight rally next year, running out of Renfrew County, that will be part of ORRC.

We already have lots of lovely snow here, rallyists, and it's been snowing all day. This winter is going to be awesome!!

The first MCO snowcross of the season attracted more compeitors than last year, when our winter was pathetic, and I expect this trend will hold for rallies.

What can I say . . . the back roads are beckoning!!

Not set in stone yet but I might be making the trek up and over for this. Need to confirm if I'm supplying the vehicle or just making stuff up in the right seat

Hope you can make it! Route will be very simple to navigate.

One week away, with entries rolling in! Route getting greened in the next couple days, will share their report.

I had to bring the mileage down a bit, to about 180km (never leave a DRIVER to navigate a route without a map!)   Grin

Speeds will be brisk, and the roads are challenging! There will be a sweep crew.

Only 30 entries will be available, so make sure to pre-register to save time the night of, and secure your spot!!!

I'm in search of one or two CP workers, if anyone wants to make the trek up/can't find a driver or navigator.

I'll even give you one of the CP's deep in Frontenac/Lanark County territory! Wink
