Notice of 2012 Annual General Meeting: February 6th 2012

Notice is hereby given that there will be held an Annual General Meeting of the Members to the Maple Leaf Rally Club, this will be convened at Alice Fazooli's restaurant, 20 Collosus Drive in Vaughan, Ontario, on Wednesday, 6th February 2013 at 7:00 p.m., or shortly thereafter, for the following purpose:
To approve and adopt the following:

• Consideration of the Financial Statements for 2012
• Confirmation of the acts of the 2012 Board
• To transact such further business, or any other business, as may properly come before the meeting, or any adjournment or adjournments thereof.

IMPORTANT: If you cannot attend in person, you may appoint another member-in-good-standing of 2012 to act for you by proxy. To be valid, proxies must be deposited with the Club Secretary before 6:30 p.m. on Wednesday, 6th February 2013. This may be done electronically or via mail. You can cut and paste the proxy into an email and send to: secretary@mlrc.ca
