I looking for help from someone who understands Submittable forms.

Form has already been created using Adobe Acrobat X Standard

An attempt to then make it 'submittable' was attempted using instructions used for Adobe Acrobat 9 Pro

It appears to almost work but 'almost' only works for Hand grenades and horse shoes

Can any one help ???
